AKHAL-TEKES

Landskroon Equestrian Centre is now home to the iconic Akhal-Teke breed. These magnificent horses are stabled and trained at our centre in Paarl in the Western Cape.

Inspired by a Go-Fund me campaign to assist Akhal-Teke horses in the war-torn areas of Ukraine, we embarked on a project to start the first Akhal-Teke breeding programme in South Africa. We now have several stallions, mares and foals on our estate.
